Barevné Letňany: zahájena výstavba Modrého domu

Společnost Trigema zahájila v těchto dnech výstavbu třetí etapy mimořádně úspěšného projektu Barevné Letňany. Předprodej bytů dosáhl za pouhé tři měsíce prodeje na impozantních 68% – prodáno či rezervováno je 63 z celkového počtu 92 bytů.

Developerovi se tak podařilo navázat na hladký prodej předchozích dvou etap projektu. První etapa – Červený dům – je již kompletně osídlená, v druhé – Žlutém domě – zbývají před podzimní kolaudací poslední dva volné byty.

„Klienti oceňují především příznivé ceny, které jsou hluboko pod pražským průměrem,“ míní Martin Malínský, výkonný ředitel společnosti Trigema Real, která je výhradním prodejcem projektu. „Svou roli ale nepochybně hraje i dobře zvolená lokalita, férové jednání s klienty i tradičně dobrá architektonická a stavební kvalita našich projektů.“

Stavba Modrého domu bude dokončena v říjnu 2011. Pro zájemce o bydlení v Barevných Letňanech je ve Žlutém domě zpřístupněn každé úterý a čtvrtek od 14 do 18 hodin vzorový byt. Další informace lze najít na www.barevneletnany.cz.

Modrý dům bude v pořadí již osmnáctý bytový dům, postavený společností Trigema od jejího založení v roce 1994. Předchozí úspěšné projekty v částech pátého pražského obvodu – v Radotíně, v Jinonicích a Stodůlkách, ale i mimo Prahu – v Roztokách, vydobyly Trigemě renomé stabilního a spolehlivého developera. Barevné Letňany jsou pak dokladem toho, že rezidenční projekty lze úspěšně realizovat i v době krize.
